Our new Local Services directory brings together 87 community-sourced businesses across 22 categories, alongside business contacts contributed by owners in the owner portal.

Owner-added businesses come first

Sign in to Local Services in your owner portal to browse owner-added businesses ahead of aggregated listings. Search by business name or filter by service. Owner-added means someone entered the business in their contacts; it does not mean they reviewed or endorsed it.

We share the business name and available business contact details. Private owner notes and the identity of the owner who entered a contact stay private.

One place to explore the full range of home services

The initial community collection includes cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, pools, landscaping, pest control, painting, screens, garage doors, renovations, roofing, moving, storage and more. Businesses listed under several categories appear once, with their categories preserved.

Community entries include a link to their source on Talk of The Villages. We have not copied its reviews, ratings or advertising images. These source links give you a place to continue researching a provider.

Keep useful contacts close

Owners can save a business to Vendor Contacts. Add your own notes after speaking with the provider: the villages they cover, the work they agreed to do, quoted prices and whether they are your primary or backup contact.
