It includes AI-powered tools for vacation, monthly, seasonal, and annual rentals. Lease length and eligibility remain specific to each property and its governing rules.
The Villages has more than 150,000 residents and 70,000-plus households spread across three counties in Central Florida. Seasonal demand rises during the winter as snowbirds look for furnished homes, while monthly and annual renters search throughout the year.
The platform organizes properties within more than 100 village neighborhood sections. Each listing receives a dedicated page with neighborhood-level visibility.
