Offering 1,569 square feet of comfortable living space, this home is ideally located near Everglades Recreation Center, Magnolia Plaza, golf, pickleball, pools, dining, shopping and everything that makes The Villages such a unique place to stay. One of our favorite spaces is the furnished, glass-enclosed lanai — a comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, relax after a round of golf, or unwind at the end of the day regardless of the weather. Inside, you'll find a bright, open living area, comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and a 2-car garage. The home comes fully furnished so you can arrive, unpack and start enjoying your stay. The Marsh Bend location puts you close to Everglades Recreation Center and Magnolia Plaza, with convenient access to Publix, restaurants, shopping and everyday necessities. Spend your days golfing, swimming, playing pickleball, exploring The Villages recreation centers or enjoying the dining and entertainment throughout the community. Temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs are available for eligible renters for a $50 processing fee per household (up to two IDs), providing resident-level access to The Villages amenities and golf privileges. Guest ID options are also available. Perfect for a short getaway, an extended Villages visit, or a winter escape to sunny Florida. Active 55+ senior community · Young visitors allowed for limited stays
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM on the last day of rental. Guests shall return all keys, garage door openers at departure. Replacement charge of $50 per item for any lost keys or openers. No smoking anywhere on the property including the lanai and garage. The Villages is an active 55+ Senior Community. Young visitors (under 19) are welcome for limited stays per community guidelines. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding 6 guests without prior written approval. Garbage and recycling must be placed at the curb by 6:00 AM on scheduled pickup days. Report any maintenance issues or property damage immediately to the landlord.
Cancellation · Strict
- 50% refund of rent only if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in
- No refund of rent if cancelled less than 60 days before check-in, except as required by law
- Cleaning fee and Resident ID fee are non-refundable
- Security deposit returned (less any damages per FL §83.49)
- No refund for early departure, except as required by law
- Owner may offer credit toward future dates if unit is re-rented, at their sole discretion
Payment terms
The $750 Security Deposit, $175 Cleaning Fee, rent, taxes, and any other required charges are due according to the payment schedule stated in the lease. Rates are quoted for 6-person occupancy. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur additional charges. Applicable rental taxes are calculated for each lease based on the rental term and the property's taxing jurisdictions. Utilities are not included in the rental rate unless otherwise stated in writing. The $175 Cleaning Fee is non-refundable. A $50 fee for 2 Temporary Resident IDs (Lifestyle IDs) is available. These IDs provide full resident privileges including access to all recreation centers, pools, discounted golf fees, and discounts at local venues. Accepted payment methods: Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Venmo.
Subletting
Subletting, subleasing, or assignment of this rental agreement is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the landlord. Unauthorized subletting is grounds for immediate lease termination and forfeiture of the security deposit. Short-term vacation rentals (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) are not permitted under any circumstances.
