Neighborhood Fun: Easy access to the LaGrange Recreation Area featuring an adult pool and outdoor lawn games. Home Comforts: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, inside laundry, and crisp linens included. Note: A golf cart is not included in the base rental lease. However, a golf cart is available on-site for guest convenience for an optional, separate rental fee and a separate liability agreement. The owner manages this home directly. No property management company involved.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM on the last day of rental. Guests shall return all keys, garage door openers, and golf cart keys at departure. Replacement charge of $50 per item for any lost keys or openers. No smoking anywhere on the property including the lanai and garage. The Villages is an active 55+ Senior Community. Young visitors (under 19) are welcome for limited stays per community guidelines. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding 6 guests without prior written approval. Golf cart is for use within The Villages only. All drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. Golf cart must be plugged in after each use. Golf cart is optional and is a separate fee. Garbage and recycling must be placed at the curb by 6:00 AM on scheduled pickup days. Report any maintenance issues or property damage immediately to the landlord.
The $1500 Security Deposit, $350 Cleaning Fee, rent, taxes, and any other required charges are due according to the payment schedule stated in the lease. Rates are quoted for 6-person occupancy. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur additional charges. Applicable rental taxes are calculated for each lease based on the rental term and the property's taxing jurisdictions. All utilities are included in the rental rate. The $350 Cleaning Fee is non-refundable. A $50 fee for 2 Temporary Resident IDs (Lifestyle IDs) is available. These IDs provide full resident privileges including access to all recreation centers, pools, discounted golf fees, and discounts at local venues. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Wire Transfer, Money Order.
Subletting, subleasing, or assignment of this rental agreement is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the landlord. Unauthorized subletting is grounds for immediate lease termination and forfeiture of the security deposit. Short-term vacation rentals (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) are not permitted under any circumstances.
