Enjoy your vacation at Coastal Breeze Getaway! Liberty Park Laredo Model 2/2 with a golf cart, corner lot, huge yard with trees.Master and Guest Bedroom are on opposite sides of the house for privacy. Location: between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Squares and walking distance to Seabreeze Rec Center. Outdoor Patio has Fire Table and BBQ. Leather recliners in Living Room and super comfy beds (so comfy my husband wants to replace our home beds with these lol). Shower wands in both bathrooms and luxury bidets. Walk in shower (master) and bathtub (guest bathroom), Turkish Pool Towels. Fully glassed in lanai with screens. Kitchen with gourmet coffee/tea bar, Smart Streaming Tv's in Living Room (75in), Master (65in), Guests Bed 42in. All silverware, dishes, bakeware, Ninja blender, hand mixer, serving dishes, etc. Washer/Dryer available. Cleaning supplies on site or we can have the cleaner come. Room darkening drapes in all rooms along with blinds. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash to get you started. Resident passes available upon request. Golf Cart available for weekly/monthly rentals. Our location is closest to the hottest squares, great restaurants, shopping and only a short golf cart ride away.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM on the last day of rental. Guests shall return all keys, garage door openers, and golf cart keys at departure. Replacement charge of $50 per item for any lost keys or openers. No smoking anywhere on the property including the lanai and garage. The Villages is an active 55+ Senior Community. Young visitors (under 19) are welcome for limited stays per community guidelines. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding 5 guests without prior written approval. Golf cart is for use within The Villages only. All drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. Golf cart must be plugged in after each use. Pets must be leashed in all common areas. Clean up after your pet immediately. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Any pet damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Garbage and recycling must be placed at the curb by 6:00 AM on scheduled pickup days. Report any maintenance issues or property damage immediately to the landlord.
Cancellation · Super Strict
- No refund of rent for cancellation at any time after lease signing, except as required by law
- Renter remains responsible for the full lease balance if cancelled or vacated early, reduced only as required by law
- Cleaning fee and Resident ID fee are non-refundable
- Security deposit returned (less any damages per FL §83.49)
- Owner may offer a credit toward future dates at their sole discretion for documented medical emergencies
Payment terms
The $1500 Security Deposit, $150 Cleaning Fee, rent, taxes, and any other required charges are due according to the payment schedule stated in the lease. Rates are quoted for 5-person occupancy. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur additional charges. Applicable rental taxes are calculated for each lease based on the rental term and the property's taxing jurisdictions. All utilities are included in the rental rate. The $150 Cleaning Fee is non-refundable. An additional $150 Pet Fee applies if approved for a pet (non-refundable). A $50 fee for 2 Temporary Resident IDs (Lifestyle IDs) is available. These IDs provide full resident privileges including access to all recreation centers, pools, discounted golf fees, and discounts at local venues. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Credit Card, Venmo, Cashier's Check, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App.
Subletting
Subletting, subleasing, or assignment of this rental agreement is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the landlord. Unauthorized subletting is grounds for immediate lease termination and forfeiture of the security deposit. Short-term vacation rentals (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) are not permitted under any circumstances.
