Which plans include the Lead Pipeline?
Inquiry management and the lead pipeline are available on all plans — Basic, Featured, and Spotlight. Every owner gets the full inbox with stage tracking, filtering, and direct replies.
How do inquiries get into my pipeline?
When a renter submits an inquiry on your property listing, it automatically appears in your inbox as a "New" lead. You don't need to set anything up — it works as soon as your listing is live.
Can I reply to inquiries from my dashboard?
Yes. Click any inquiry to expand it, then click "Reply via Email." Your message is sent directly to the renter's email address. When they reply, their response shows up in your regular email.
What are the pipeline stages?
There are 6 stages: New (just received), Contacted (you've replied), Touring (renter is visiting or reviewing), Negotiating (discussing terms), Signed (lease done), and Lost (didn't work out). You can change the stage anytime with a single click.
Can I filter inquiries by property?
Yes. If you have multiple properties, use the property dropdown to see inquiries for just one listing. You can also combine this with stage filters — for example, show only "New" inquiries for a specific property.
Will I get notified of new inquiries?
Yes. Email notifications are on by default for new inquiries. You can adjust your notification preferences in Settings — turn them on or off for inquiries, messages, bookings, and marketing updates.
